Plans do change, and that is fine. Message or call us on WhatsApp the moment you know, because the sooner it reaches us, the more room we have to help.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time and we can normally shift you to a different date or send the money back in full.

3 Late Cancellations and No-Shows
A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel inside 24 hours, or if you do not turn up without telling us.
Cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, or fail to turn up without telling us, and a cancellation fee may be charged. That fee covers the guides, drivers and venue bookings we had already reserved in your name.
4 If We Have to Cancel
Should we have to call an experience off because of weather, a safety concern or something on our side, you choose between a full refund and another date at no extra cost.
5 Moving Your Booking to Another Date
Where there is availability, we are happy to move your booking to a different date or time. Bear in mind that private and group bookings depend on whether the right guide and vehicle are free.
